As I bet you can tell from the title I had the extreme pleasure of watching an incredible movie called Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story. This movie follows the fictional, Johnny Cash like character, Dewey Cox(John C. Reilly). It tells of his life full of drug addiction, sexual addiction and music addiction. It has several cameos by other famous actors and musicians such as Jack White playing Elvis Presley, Jack Black as Paul McCartney, Frankie Muniz as Buddy Holly and Jonah Hill as the ghost of Dewey's deceased brother, Nate. This movie is also filled with amazing songs such as Walk Hard, Let's Duet and Beautiful Ride. It is an extremely funny movie and an extremely catchy song about finding yourself in it's own right. I recommend this movie to anyone who wants a good laugh.
This week has been a very fun one. Theater Arts has got to be my favorite class as of this week(no offense Mr.Morone). I hung out with a few people I haven't seen in a while and I made a couple new friends.
Well is been a beautiful ride so far. Hopefully there are still many more blogs to come!
